Kambium is pleased to announce the addition of Audrey Irwin to our customer service and design team. Audrey comes to us with a background in residential closet/storage/cabinetry design as well as commercial hospitality, medical, and custom millwork design and engineering.
As our Happiness Hero / Closet Savant, Audrey's primary focus will be on improving the overall experience for our closet design partners, from design through installation. This includes implementation of an in-house drawing software program, design and production assistance, marketing support, and finding ways to improve processes and communication.
The addition of Audrey to the Kambium team is part of a bigger company-wide initiative to change how business is done in the industry, focusing on providing more value and a wealth of resources to our partnerships.
